Wealthy Affiliate University is an Affiliate Marketing training membership program that provides full on training to its members from start to finish.
I began my Wealthy Affiliate Membership back in late September of this year while struggling to make some extra money while I was a full time php programmer. I’ll admit, I had been doing Affiliate Marketing for quite some time (approximately 2-3 years) but never had a lot of success. I made $800 one month last year but I’ve never been able to duplicate that number, prior to becoming a member of the Wealthy Affiliate community.
When I first signed up to Wealthy Affiliate University, I had no clue what I was getting into… I was wondering: Is Wealthy Affiliate Legit?
I THOUGHT it was just another one of those “guru” systems that I would, once again, waste money on. Thank god I was wrong… I seemed to be a sucker for big promises and had wasted a lot of time and money trying new things.
Wealthy Affiliate has created a straight forward system that’s backed by the GREATEST Community forum I have ever been a part of in my life… ever. Period. That’s the honest truth.
I’m not going to say that it’s a miracle system and give anyone false hopes or promises… that wouldn’t be cool of me. So I will say that the system requires you to take action.
Here’s what I suggest when you join Wealthy Affiliate University.
Go straight to the 8-Week Action plan and get started with this plan right away… it takes no time at all to read through and understand. Once you’ve gotten that out of the way - make sure you take notes. Then head on over to the Forums and get started reading through posts/threads created by guys like Travis Sago, Kyle, Carson, Thad, Dave B., etc. these guys have created some of the most informational posts and threads I have EVER seen in my life.
It’s insane, to be honest. I picked up this Affiliate Marketing stuff so quickly thanks to these guys posts that were helping other people going through the same problems I had been going through.
One of the great things about this program is I’ve never seen ANY Wealthy Affiliate Complaints…

What do you learn at Wealthy Affiliate University?
- Article Marketing - you’ll even learn the famous “Bum Marketing Method” created by Travis Sago by the man himself!
- Pay Per Click Advertising - I know there’s a ton of information about PPC these days but I have to admit… most of that information (90% of it) is NO GOOD… it’s simply basic “get started” material that will actually WASTE your money in the long run! These guys have created a ROCK SOLID system that will make you a TON of money if you just follow the system properly.
- Squidoo marketing - while this is similar to Article Marketing, in a sense, there’s a lot to be learned about getting great SEO results with this system. You’ll be able to use Squidoo to get HIGH results in the right niches!
- Forum Marketing - they teach a little about this in the training area but you’ll slowly learn how to REALLY rock your niche forums quickly and easily!
- Blogging - there’s nothing like blogging… it takes away stress, it’s fun, it’s almost addicting, but it makes you a lot of money if you follow the directions provided within the Wealthy Affiliate community!
- Quick Cash methods - there’s a lot of ways to make quick cash online, but where do you find these “secrets”? You’ll find a lot of information on the Wealthy Affiliate forums!
- Email List Building - these guys are experts at List building and there’s quite a few people on the forums who have some HUGE lists… some have MANY, Huge lists! There’s probably not a better place to learn this stuff
- Landing Page training - want to learn how you can really pull off some high conversions? Landing pages are one of the most important aspects of Internet Marketing but very few realize this… Wealthy Affiliate will train you on the best Landing page practices! Squeeze Pages, Review Pages, Comparisons, etc.
- Building an Online Business - there’s so much to learn about doing Business online, especially when you’re brand new! Wealthy Affiliate shows you how to properly get started and get going quick and fast!
You’ll be getting ebooks, videos, the best forum and most helpful community I’ve ever been a part of, no joke. Everybody says the same thing when they first get on these forums… this place is so friendly and helpful it’s almost scary! Until you start making money… then you’re realizing just how great this place really is! I know I still do!

Site Rubix is the best Online Website Builder I’ve ever used. While I do not use it for my own sites - I still refer people to the system just because of this website builder. I, personally, enjoy Dreamweaver but that’s because I’m thoroughly trained in Adobe tools and I’m considered an expert… but I HAVE built several sites with Site Rubix and this thing is amazing for what it is!
